Back view of the house. One broken window. Thank goodness our loan was approved as a limited paper/no apprasial loan or they would have required a lot of things to be fixed first and the bank we're dealing with probably would have said no. Then we would have to decide if WE would want to fix them or not without actually owning the property. I guess because we're getting the place so cheap they figure what we were told by the guys we had look at the place, "You could probably knock the house down and sell the land for what you're paying for the house."
Standing in the back, looking at the side yard. I want to put in a deck at some point.
Side door. Straight ahead is the kitchen that will be gutted (though I have plans for the top cabinets). On the right is the basement entrance.
