fixer-upper IV

Basement bedroom. It's the largest but it's the longest, running the whole width of the house. And I have a question for anyone who can answer it... how do you get a queen-sized bed baseboard into a basement ? I measured and the opening is 2'10"x5'4" at it's smallest part.
said bedroom
walk-in closet shares wall with bedroom. Debating on knocking a hole in the wall to make it a real walk-in.
kitchen again. I'll need some muscle pulling up that floor. I wonder what's beneath it. Wood maybe? There's hardwood in the rest of the house, but it wasn't the original wood floor.
they left their dirty (gross!!) gas stove.

You want to know how to get the queen size box spring down there, or a bed frame? Well living in a basement with a 5 1/2 foot ceiling we would be experts on this. Actually my brother -the furniture guy is. You have to get a split queen box spring. It looks just like the king size box spring, but for a queen size bed. Ask for it at the store, and if they know their business they will know just what you want. Good luck, looks like a fun challenge.
