Front yard has a pond that needs to be cleaned. Part of the fence is missing and part needs to be fixed.
I want to bring the fence forward so the side door and shed are fenced in as well. Oh, and it looks like we have a basketball hoop too. Okay, that too.They yard is huge and I love it!!!! I think I want to change the fence though so we look less appealing to theives. the previous owners left some backyard stuff... older swing set, sand box, garden plot, tree and lots of open space. :-)

Looks like you'll be plenty busy! I've done tile. I thought it was fun.
And if the old swingset is still good it will probably last a long time. Ours is 23 years old and going strong. Just have to buy new swings.
